Because all our products are digital downloads, our refund policy is different from physical goods.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All products sold on elitedigitalstore.in are digital, and once purchased, they are delivered instantly via download links.

Since digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the purchase is completed.

This includes:

  • Kids worksheets

  • Digital bundles

  • Templates

  • E-books

  • Printables

  • Any downloadable file

2. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Provided

Refunds may be considered only under the following rare situations:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice by mistake, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

b) Technical Issues From Our Side

If the file:

  • Fails to download

  • Is corrupted

  • The link does not work

And we are unable to provide an alternative working file, a refund may be issued.

c) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered.

To request a refund in these rare cases, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. No Refunds for the Following

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You thought it was a physical product

  • The product “didn’t meet expectations”

  • You downloaded the file and no longer need it

  • You expected additional items not included in the description

4. Delivery of Digital Products

All orders are delivered instantly via:

  • Download link on the checkout page

  • Email confirmation with downloadable files

If you do not receive your files within 5–10 minutes, check:

  • Spam/Junk folder

  • Promotions tab

  • Email used during checkout

If still not received, contact us and we will resend your files manually.
